ShadowWallet is a privacy-first, non-custodial, client-side wallet application that allows users to interact with the Solana blockchain. The Service provides tools to generate wallet credentials, send and receive SOL and SPL tokens, and view transaction information. All operations are performed locally in the user's browser. ShadowWallet does not create user accounts, store credentials, or maintain any record of user activity.
3. Non-Custodial Nature
ShadowWallet does not hold, store, or have access to your biometric key, private keys, or funds. You are solely responsible for securing your credentials. We cannot recover lost keys, reverse transactions, or restore access to your wallet.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for safeguarding your biometric key and storing it securely.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your wallet.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
5. No Financial Advice
ShadowWallet does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.
6. Risks
Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, price volatility, regulatory uncertainty, technical vulnerabilities, and loss of funds. By using ShadowWallet, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShadowWallet and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or unauthorized access to your wallet.
8. Service Availability
We make no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or uptime of the Service. ShadowWallet may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
